I need to calc an amount dependent on the premium mode in a drop down list.
The list is monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual. Is there a formula that
can be used to calculate the refund amount depending on which drop down item
is selected? Here is a sample of what I am trying to do.
PREMIUM $600.00
PREMIUM MODE Monthly
# OF MONTHS DUE 7
REFUND $350.00
