Hi All,

I need help anyone, i have this figure 3,005,987.89 to be deducted from
20,000,000.00, i belive i should have 16,994,012.11.

This is my problem - i have this formula !=INT(R2) in cell R15 which is
working perfectly, what i want to also do is have the the decimals subtract
themselves and post to say Cell S15.

Thanks Guys

Valko,

=INT(R2) and i am getting 3,005,987 which is the result i want, also i
wanted the decimals showing up so i have this formular in S15
=MID(SUBSTITUTE(MOD(R2,1),".",""),2,2) which is not working perfectly yet
when the decimal is say 11 from the feeder i get 10.

Thanks,

Tivpine

i have this formular in S15
=MID(SUBSTITUTE(MOD(R2,1),".",""),2,2)

What is the actual value of R2? Is R2 calculated or is it a constant value?
If R2 is calculated the decimals may be more than what you actually see.

R2 will change constantly (i am trying to automate my Vote Book) so that each
time i enter an expense figure in R2 i have the entire workbook calculate
automatically? If it’s ok by you? i can mail it so you see exactly what it is
i want to be able to achieve?

Thanks,

Tivpine
