Dear sir ,
I have created some acivities like the sample given below under
each PHE,HVAC,Glazing and Electrical head.

Task Name %Complete Cust. Field

Electrical
1) Drawing 100 % Completed
2) BOQ 0% Follow up needed
3) Contractor 0% Later
4) Material 0% Later
5) Active 0% Later

PHE
1) Drawing 100 % Completed
2) BOQ 100 % Completed
3) Contractor 0% Follow up needed
4) Material 0% Later
5) Active 0% Later

My sequence to all is FS.
So I want to give a formulae to the custom field that when " Drawing" is
"100%"-" BOQ" will come under " follow up needed" head, When "BOQ" will be
100% - "Contractor finalization" will come under " follow up needed " head,
and so on and that to all acivities under HVAC,Ele and PHE head.

This will help immensely to me as I have to monitor procurement schedule of
many sites.Then I will Just group them and Monitor accordingly.

Sorry, you can't Do that with a formula. Your will need a macro like that:

For Each T In ActiveProject.Tasks
If Not (T Is Nothing) And T.Summary = False Then
If T.PercentComplete = 100 Then
T.Text1 = "Completed"
