Formulas in Works 8

I am trying to figure out a formula to keep up with weekly time. I have
three columns - total hrs, reg hrs & o/t hrs. I want to put the total hrs in
and have the reg hrs and o/t hrs figured - less than or equal to being in the
reg hrs and over 8 as overtime.
