In my office I will be required to submit a breakdown
sheet that includes manhours x a currency amount. How do
I construct this formula and retain it on the same
breakdown sheet? Thanks for your help in advance.

not quite sure what you're trying to achieve. you may give
some more details about your spreadsheet layout and maybe
some example data (plain text - no attachment please)
