MS can't even let a forum be normal and have to throw their own twist and 'tell us we want it'

Where is the basic list? All I see is a list of Most Popular (semi browseable) Newest Answers, also semi-browseable.

There there is the Newest Questions 5 listed! with now 'more' or 'next'
This the MS Spin Doctoring? Let us think there aren't many issues.

Can't we just wander through the forum (like *every other* forum I have ever visited (even including the old BBS days) Where you can just sort them chronologically? (usually default)

Sure there is search.

Hi,

Try this search:
http://groups.google.com/groups?as_...981&as_maxd=2&as_maxm=4&as_maxy=2008&safe=off

Not saying that there isn't room for improvement, but this criticism is
utterly without foundation. If this is the page you're referring to:

http://www.officeformac.com/ProductForums/

note that there is a link below the 5 Most Popular in each product group
which is "Go to the [product name] Forum". Have you tried clicking it?
