Forward all e-mail

I need to be able to automatically forward my outlook e-
mail to my personal e-mail address so that I can access it
from other sites.

I beleive you need a 3rd party software to do that or you
can set up OWA on your exchange seerver. I have set up
OWA for people who need access when not on internal
network. OWA stands for Outlook Web Access.
