Forward email in WebMail, email not in fwd msg, need frontpage?

WebMail and FrontPage

Installed all updates to XP and Office via windows update and office update
sites. When I forward a message using webmail, forwarded message doesn't
display and I get several dialogs wanting me to install FrontPage. Why is
frontpage required?
