Forward email using rules

I want to be able to forward my email that I have read to
another mailbox using rules. I want it to forward after
I have read the email (flagged as read) and not to
forward private emails (flagged as
private/confidential). I have an exchange server and
OL2003. Anyone have any ideas...

I don't know of any built-in way for Outlook to do this.
