Forward Engineer a Database

I have Visio 2003 for Enterprise Architects sp3 installed on my machine. I
reverse engineered a SQL 2005 database into an "ER Source Model" diagram.
I've made a number of changes in my model only to find that I can't forward
engineer it. After some playing around it seems that while I can't Forward
Engineer from an "ER Source Model", I can from a "Database Model Diagram".
A google search seems to say that I can't convert my "ER Source Model"
diagram to a "Database Model Diagram". Visio won't let me paste the shapes
from my ER Source Model into a Database Model (it will paste them but loses
the fact that the shapes represent tables). When I look at the Visio help,
it says my version of Visio can't forward engineer a database at all!?!? I
know that the EA version of Visio is supposed to be able to forward engineer
a database.

Is my Visio corrupt, or can you only forward engineer a database from the
"Database Model" diagram?

You can only forward engineer a database from a drawing created with the
Database Model Diagram template.
