Some times but not all the time I forward mail to people and they receive
multiple copies - sometime 4 copies or 24. One time the person received 74
copies. Some may have an attachment and some do not. I use Win XP -outlet

Include yourself in the Cc field when composing a new e-mail. That
way, you will make your sending mail server also send you a copy. If
you only get 1 copy then you only gave one copy to your mail server
and your mail server only sent out one copy to each recipient. If
that works, the problem is on their end and you can't fix their setup.

Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
