When I forward a message with 66KB to a distribution list, it arrives with 2MB.
Does anyone knows what is happening?

You should only use RTF when composing e-mails where you can guarantee
the recipient is also using Outlook. The only e-mail client that
understands Microsoft's TNEF format (aka RTF) is Microsoft's Outlook
program. Not even Microsoft's Outlook Express understands TNEF. The
recipient should also be within the same Exchange organization to
prevent corruption of the TNEF formatting. Only under these 2
conditions should RTF be used; otherwise, use plain-text format or HTML
format (only if your message has more than just text to convey its
content). HTML format will double the size of your e-mail as a
plain-text version of your message is sent along with an HTML version.
Not all e-mail clients will render HTML-formatted e-mails. All of them
can show plain-text e-mails.
