Use the webmail interface to your e-mail account. Check its options.
Maybe they have a forwarding option you can use. It is better to use a
server-side forwarding option than try to implement it client-side.
Otherwise, define a rule in Outlook to send a copy to another e-mail
address. That means having to leave your computer always powered on,
Windows always running, Outlook always loaded, a rule that always works,
and no outage in your Internet connectivity. Outlook makes a crappy
substitute for a mail server so first check if there is a server-side
solution.
