Forward received mail as task request

I often receive e-mails from my boss asking me to do
things for her and I would like to be able to be able to
convert this into a task (acutally I'd like to do
something else with them, but that's more political than
technical. In GroupWise I could just forward the e-mail
to myself and convert the forwarded mail to a task before
sending. Can I do something similar in Outlook? Thanks.
