Forwarded emails shake on the screen! Weird

One of our computers has a very strange problem - whenever an email is forwarded (not sent) to the mailbox, and the user clicks Reply, the reply window shakes over the screen.

We've checked for virus, spyware, and changing the mouse but the reply window still shakes.

Has anyone come across anything like this before?
