Hi,

My boss is using outlook at home.
He received and email with an attachment and forwarded to me.
I only get the email, no attachment.
I can't find a setting for this and don't know how to advise him.

Can anyone help?

He is using office 2000
I am using OE 6

Then he's sending his message in Rich Text format, which Outlook Express
can't read. IN Rich Text format, attachments are encoded in TNEF format,
which Outlook Express ignores.

But he is not. He is sending an AutoCAD .dwg file.

The type of attachment has nothing to do with it. He has "Rich Text"
selected in his mail formatting options.
