Forwarding closes & freezes Outlook

We have a user who tries to forward an email to Contacts
but after entering several, it freezes and Outlook shuts
down. She has tried different Contacts so it's not
specific ones that are causing the problem. We're on
Windows 2000 and have Office SP3. Please let me know if
anyone has a resolution. Thanks, Katherine
