Forwarding Data to field!!!

Forwarding Data to field!!! I would like to create an
option that would allow the user to enter the same company
info into anothertable that would contain the same section
of data. It is to do with addresses, not all addresses for
company subsections are the same,but some are, so it would
be use full to have an option that would input the same
data with out re-typing anything!!!

I have a number of other contact options within one
company, such as Operations manager, Funding contact etc.
Each one of these has its own table, and has an address. I
thought a button option, that was linked to a query that
contains that particular companies address could solve the
problem. The user would select the company name from a
drop down menu, that company address is stored in the
query, then when the button is hit, that company address
data in the query is entered to this particular tables
similar fields of the sub contacts of the company. I think
I undertsand the fundementals, but dont know really how to
make it work, does anyone know what Im trying to do and
could help me?
