Forwarding E-mail to another e-mail account

Several years ago my boss forwarded his e-mail to his secretary's e-mail
account. this was using Outlook 200 or 2002. Now in Outlook 2003 and 2007,
there is no rule that shows up so that this forwarding of his e-mail can be
stopped. He is no longer with the company and still gets junk mail which
still goes to his secretary. An anyone help me with this?
