Forwarding E-Mail

Kath

Hi,

I am running Outlook Express on a Macintosh using OS9. I
had received an e-mail that has graphics and formatted text
and believe that it may have been designed in a special
software application.

When I try to forward the e-mail, the graphics and text
formatting disappear! I tried changing some of my
preferences, but nothing resolved this issue. How could I
forward the e-mail and retain the graphics and text
formatting while doing so?

I look forward to your response. Thanks!

Hi Kath!

It's been a while since I've used OE for Mac, but many email applications
have a Forward and also a Forward as Attachment option. If you are able to
Forward as Attachment, this may be what you're looking for.

Hope this helps! bill

Another possibility is that the incoming message was HTML,
but your e-mail client is set up to send messages in some
other format, perhaps plain text.

Or, the incoming message was HTML and the recipient of your
forwarded message has an email client which has been told
not to download HTML content.
