Forwarding messages

Is there any way to automatically strip forwarding header information when
forwarding a message? In other words, is it possible to forward a message
and the message is blank?

Not sure what you mean. When you forward, the mail header info on the
message received will have your server's info, etc. What is it you're trying
to do?

I've got a user who has a template message. He wants to forward the message
to whomever. When you forward a message it includes, by default, the FROM;
SENT; TO; and SUBUJRCT lines. This user wants these lines to not be visible
and be able to sent on his template message so it looks like a new message.

OK - those aren't headers. What's in his template? How is he actually doing
this? Is the forward using his template? I am not sure how to do this.

I know, bad choice of words to describe the "header". Basically it's a
document drawn up in Outlook. The user will then forward to a user, with
addtional comments at the top of the text. He wants to keep the Email
information off of the forwarded message so it looks like he just created the
entire message. Normally, this would get passed on, but the user is a high
ranking military member. Fill in your own assumptions here :)

Why can't he just delete the stuff he doesn't want to include from the body
of the message?

That was my suggestion. As I stated before, the individual is a high ranking
military officer. That would be too much effort (sarcasm switch turned on).

If it is not possible via any setting in Outlook, I will pass on my findings
up the chain of command. If he has to clear the lines himself, he'll have to
live with it (sarcasm swith turned off).

Tell him I'll do it for him for $150k/yr USD. :)
