For some reason I have a user that all of a sudden when she tries to do a
forward or reply it shows HTML code in the message. Also she has seen boxes
in the emails in place of the HTML. Only happens on forwards and replies.
My fix was to turn off word as the mail editor BUT she can not live without
the auto spellcheck. HELP
