forwards to form confirmation instead of specified page

On my contact page, when you hit send it goes to a generic "form confirmation
page" instead of the confirmation page I have specified.

Is ContactThanks.htm in the same location as the form page??
Does the actual file ContactThanks.htm contain upper case letters??
It's much better to use all lower case letters in file and folder names.

to my limited knowledge it is in the same location. they are both saved to
the same folder anyway. ContactThanks.htm is the page name.
