Four MS Office 2003 Updates Fail To Install

Four MS Office 2003 Updates will not install. I have tried on 56
Windows XP computers with Office 2003 Pro, and these four updates won't
install on any of them. All other Microsoft high-priority and optional
updates have been installed. Several posts by others in these
newsgroups have been worked through with anyone having a solution. So
I'll take a crack at it.

Update for Outlook 2003 Junk Email Filter (KB919031 7/10/2006)
Security Update for Excel 2003 (KB918419 7/10/2006)
Security Update for Office 2003 (KB917151 7/11/2006)
Security Update for Office 2003 (KB914455 7/10/2006)

Past posters have put up good struggles, such as turning off the
firewall, disk cleanup, registry cleanup. Does anyone have a solution
to fix this?

I haven't read thru the board to know what solutions you may have
tried, but I had the same issue with a few machines I was trying to
update -- I figured out that these Office updates require SP1 or SP2
for Office 2003 --
