Foxpro DBF File import to Access: Index file not found

L

Hi all:

I want to import a foxpro DBF file into MS Access , but I'm getting
a "Index file not found"

I know it has something to do with the the CDX file I have on the
particular file I'm Importing.

Is there a way in Acess to bypass this without I having to make a new copy
of the file ( without it's Internal CDX index file ) ??
