FP 2000 site working in 2003

This must be easy, except for me. No mention of it anywhere on this site or
in FP helps so everyone else is doing it right.

I did a site in 2000. now, opened it with 2003 and all navigation is gone.
That is the raw files on the disk.

I imported the site using http and got all the files but no navigation.

Is it that I need to import or download the site from the unix server using
FTP?

But, why won't my file open and have navigation?

I am having some brain cramp someplace.

If the site is hosted on a server that does not have the FP extensions, you will have re-apply any
themes, shared borders and re-create the site navigation structure since that information is not
available on servers that do not have the extensions.

If the server has the FP extensions (at the time the site was uploaded/published) then you would
open the site on the live/remote server directly in FP and publish back to your local computer, this
would maintain your themes, share borders and navigation structure.
