FP 2002 & Earthlink Host - Form/databases

I am in need of some help where we would like to acquire
some information in a database format, but our host,
Earthlink does not provide database support.

What is the best way to extract our data so it can be
applied to a database? Other than switching web hosting
providers....

Save it as a text tab delimited file (,txt of .csv)
Open your online web periodically and copy the .txt file to your PC and you should be able to use it in most DB apps
