FP 2002, problems creating .css page

I am not a programmer. I have followed the directions in the Help Section to
no avail. Everytime I attempt to create a new page using the Cascading Style
Sheet function, (New/Page/New From Existing Templates/Page Templates/CSS tab)
I get a new page with the html for the page actually desplayed. This occurs
even when attempting to use the .css forms generated by FP 2002. How can I
correct this problem?
