FP 2002 Some general ?'s

Howdy all...

I've been using FP for some years now, but only recently have really started to explore all it's features.

I have several questions regarding using Themes and Shared Borders:
Assume; I am using 3 Shared Borders - Top, Left, Bottom and my own variation of a MS Theme:

1- Is there a way to get a Table (in the body) to butt up against the Left and Top Shared Border? Currently I get a wasted space of background that I find undesirable.

2- The same holds true of the Borders themselves in respect to the actual page borders...can the borders be adusted without that wasted spacing?

3- Can the size of the shared borders be controlled? Right now I use an invisible gif to do this on the Left shared border (a little annoying). But also the top or bottom shared borders seem to want to go into infinitity (sorta).

4- Is there a secret pixel ruler somewhere? I think this would be of great value...only I can't seem to find one.

1) No on left (24px) spacer is fixed - use include pages
2) Set your page margins to 0
3) Build them in fixed PX tables
