FP 2002 -Where can I find Authoring Settings?

I'm working with Front Page 2002. I'm trying to work through some homework,
but I need to find the Authoring Settings in order to proceed, and I can't
find it! Can someone please tell me where this feature is?? Thank you!

In 2002 they weren't called authoring settings, the closest you'd come in
2002 would be Tools | Page Options | Compatibility I believe.
