FP 2003 conflict with Installer

Since I have loaded FP03, I have a conflict with the windows installer. Some
email messages and some websites automatically turn the word and window
installer on and my pc tries to install them. I can cancel them, but is there
some thing I can change? Very anoying.

Just let it run all the way through and finish and it will go away.
