FP 2003 - FORMS - and User Input

All working magnificently, e.g. fill the form in and I receive an email
seconds later - took about 5mins to setup, and working great!!

However one issue, I subsequently noticed..
when the user selects items...they can select multiple items, not good if I
just want one selected.

In essence I have a table in the form of course...
1-10 columns left to right and 5 rows down, in each I have a "radio" button,
user input means that they select only one. e.g. marks out of 10. and then
press submit, I get the results by email all ok.

However I notice that user input on my form they could potentially select
all 10 columns in each row, there doesn't seem to be away of deselecting them
and choosing another. and or once one is selected making the others not
selectable until they de-select the one they choose in error

make sense?

Can you advise of some forms/script/html or can I get this behavious through
the forms properties while the page is open in Frontpage 2003

regards

Don't use radio buttons - use a dropdown w/ values of 1-10 for each row

thx, ok don't use radio buttons!!
It looks better with them across the screen 1-10, but I have now elected for
one colum of the drop down boxes with values 0-10 for each row.

thx.
