FP 2003 publish always takes "two tries"...?

Howdy,

This is not a biggie, but...

I have noticed that whenever I try to publish to a remote site with FP
2003, I have to try it twice:

I click to publish, get an error (to the tune of "The server is not
accessible") clear the error, and simply click to publish again. The
second time, it works fine.

Do others have this happen? And, if so, what might be the cause?
