Where does FP store the toolbar customizations (file / folder)?

In Windows 7 (and probably Vista)

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FrontPage\State\Cmdui.prf

In Windows XP:

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application
Data\Microsoft\FrontPage\Cmdui.prf
