FP 2003

I just upgraded from FP 2000 to FP 3003. What a difference. FP 2000 had alot
of things that one could put on a page such as a marque. There were some
other effects. I can't find them in FP 2003. Are they still in FP 2003? I
can't find them.

Many older features (marquee/hoovers, etc) were depreciated but you can find them in the Tool well
- View Toolbars Customize, find them & drag them to your tool bar
Also Tools Page Options Authoring (especially browser compatibility) controls what is active in your menus (for example marquee is
an IE only tag, so selecting IE&NN will block use of that tag)

I found them. I've never used hoovers buttons. I understand that they are
not reliable. The gallery is terrible. I can't do a thing with it. I've
given up on that.
