FP 4.0 equals Front Page ????

This might be a FAQ but Im told that the new site Im attached to does their
pages in Front Page. I started to fire off an email asking which one then
realized I could just view source.

Now Im confused. The source says Front Page 4.0
So if I buy a book I buy it on Front Page 2000? 2003?
