FP 5.0 extensions

I have been having problems getting email response forms to work on
Freehostia site. They have concluded that I should "download FP 5.0
extensions". I have searched and can find no information on how I can
download these files. I see a lot of places where the website itself can
obtain them. So the questions:
1. where are they
2. how can I see if I have them
3. will they enable a MSFP form to function on most/all websites?

The extensions need to be installed on the server, not your computer.

Also, they Mean FrontPage 2002 extensions. ( which are version 5.0 )
