FP Banner Ads

When I preview my banner ad (which contains 8 photos), it
appears as a gray box. I've checked the on-line help
articles. I am previewing in Internet Explorer 6. I have
no spaces or % signs in the file names.

Help?

FP Banner Ads require a valid JAVA engine installed on your (and every visitors) machine
JAVA is not available as a default on newer systems (or may be blocked by user security settings)
