FP Extensions

I started with FP 97. Now use FP 2003. I'm no expert but able to do
the things I need to. I have EW but haven't started using it yet.

I have one large site; more than 130 pages. Even if I were proficient,
it would take a while to convert.

My question is, if my host stops supporting FP extensions, what is
likely to stop working. I assume forms is one area I should work on
first.

Thanks.

EW is quite different from FP and pretty much requires that you learn code.

One alternative that you might want to consider is to find another host that
still supports FP extensions.... there are many that will probably support
them indefinitely.

See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/281532/ for a list of components that
require the extensions.

Also be aware that Expression Web has no support for VML graphics (WordArt,
TextBoxes, ShapeArt and other components created from the FrontPage drawing
toolbar), and no navigation view - this means that existing FrontPage
navigation components will continue to function, but they cannot be edited
or added to.
