fp splash library fp image library

I bought a Mac from my sister that has Frontpage for Mac v 1.0 and when I
try and start it I get the message fp splash library of fp image library not
found. What are these and where do I get them?

Sorry, no longer a supported products. You would need to have the original
disk and re-install.
