FP003 Windows Installer Problem

Everytime I start FP2003 the "Windows Installer" pops-up and I have to
cancel it. I have had FP2003 installed for some months and there is nothing
that I knowningly did to cause this to start happening.

Does anyone have a clue what I can do to stop this? Is the a registery key
to tweat?
