FP'03 Included Page Function work in preview but not after upload

I have set up a template page with several "included pages" and the included
pages are not showing up after upload. Even more curious is that the
included pages show up in the "preview" function at the bottom of the window
(design-split-code-preview) but when I preview using the "files", "preview in
browser" function from the pull down menu, the included pages fail to show up
and as I mentioned, after uploading to the server the included pages do no
show up....

HELP, Help help...

If you mean did I have another website open at the time the answer is no...
not in FP and not in IE... I only had the site being created open, but
several pages of the site being created were open.

Are you implying that there is a bug in FP that alters the expected outcome
of using an included page, if you have another web site open at the same time
you are building a web site???

No, he was referring to the web site you were supposed to be working on.

If you have several pages open at the same time that the include page is
used within, and you are making changes to the include page while they're
open, you could very well have some issues.

When you started FP, did you first use File Menu | Open Site?

I am aware of that until you save the included page, the info on the included
page does not show up on the primary page...

In this case, I have several "include pages", and after saving everything on
the site, and even closing everything, when I open the primary page with IE6,
all I get is the base content on the primary pages and nothing whatsoever
from any of the include pages...

If everything is uploaded to the site server, and viewed with IE6, the
results are exactly the same.

I have also created a totally new site with only 1 primary page (index.html)
and 1 include page. When viewed using the "preview" button at the bottom of
the development window, the primary page is displayed properly with the
included page information as it should be... but when viewed with the
"file-preview in browser" pull down menu choice or when the pages are
uploaded to the server, the page is displayed without the included page...

This is just exactly the same as I received with the primary/earlier site...

Actually, when I started I used "file-new-empty web site"...
then later I used "file-recent sites"...
and I have also used "file-open site"...

and in addition in creating test pages I have used "file-new-blank page"...

as well...

But how are you opening the site currently to work on it?
