FP2002 Extensions

I'm getting the following message when testing a VERY
simple form (i.e., 1 field):

You have submitted a form or followed a link to a page
that requires a web server and the FrontPage Server
Extensions to function properly.

We are running extensions 2002 on our internal webserver
and other forms are working fine. Any ideas on how to fix
this would be appreciated.

Is this for a different web site? You may have to turn on FP Extensions for
that site. In MMC rt click on the Virtual Site and choose manage Front Page
Extensions.

Does it have a email action and if so do you have SMTP set up
