FP2002 to excel 2002 specific cell

With frontpage 2002 i'm trying to link a text to a
specific cell (named link)of a workbook (called a.xls) in
excel 2002.

Having seen the following article:
Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 229808
HOW TO: Create a Link to a Worksheet within an Excel
WorkBook in FrontPage 2000

i selected the text, chose hyperlink, then selected the
file (a) and in the url added #link (a.xls#link)

Unfortunately, when clicking on the link, it does not go
to the link cell but to the last cell selected when saving.

What should i do?

Not sure if it will work but you could try to create a named range of the cell and link to the range (same as to a sheet)
