FP2003 and Win32k.sys error

I am being plagued and need some outside help, since I can't solve this one
myself... so, here's the error; when running frontpage 2003, i get random
BSOD's, but always teh same error, STOP 0x8E, Win32k.sys.

Now, when I first started noticing this error, this was the system
configuration:
1. Windows XP Professional OEM SP2
2. Office 2007 Enterprise
3. Frontpage 2003

Here is a list of things I have tried to resolve this problem:

1. Checked for ANY updates.
2. Uninstalled Office 2K7 and put back on 2K3.
3. Checked for ANY updates.
4. Ran MS memory checker and various other memory testers, all came back
clean.
5. Ran system file checker.
6. Wiped out the HD and reinstalled Windows and Office 2K3.
7. Checked for ANY updates.
8. Made sure ALL drivers were up to date.

NONE of these have yielded a result. This happes randomly while (and only
while) I am working in FP2K3 and ALWAYS the same error message. Below you
will find my system information and what software is installed on it:

AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+
ABIT AN8 nForce4 Ultra (updated using nVidia nForce4 Ultra driverset for AMD
from nVidia's site)
Sapphiretech X1600 Pro 512MB PCIE Video Card (updated using ATI latest
Catalyst driver set)
2GB PC3200 DDR (2x 1GB PNY)
2x 200GB SATA I Western Digital HD's
2x 80GB SATA I Western Digital HD's
Samsung DVD-+RW
Dual Acer 19" LCD (AL1716)

Lots of useful details

Assuming you have 2 sticks of memory try reversing them and see if the error
changes. If it does, you have a memory hardware issue....

If it doesn't change the error I would try a registry cleaner program
next.....
