FP2003 - counting entries in a SQL query

I have a query that delivers data from an access database to an ASP page
with no problem. I've tried to add a field to the SQL statement that would
enable me to count the total number of entries returned by the statement but
it keeps failing, I've tried the same statement in access and it failed
there to. This lead me to believe that the issue is with the data being
pulled back, no big deal. I was wondering if is possible to get FP2003 to
place a field on the screen outside of the database results wizard which can
calculate values based on the data returned ?

Any help or advise would be appreciated.

You can create a second query in Access that does the totaling and insert a
second Database Results Region (using that query) under the first one on
your page.
