FP2003 forms oddity

I have an inquiry form, created using FP's Insert|Form, and was using the
default form confirmation page. Published the web to a Windows host with FP
Extensions, tested the form, which works, but the confirmation was coming
from this URL -
http://www.preferredcountry.com/_vti_bin/shtml.dll/inquiry_form.htm, which
is odd, because there is no _vti_bin folder on that site, and I believe you
only get _vti_bin folders on Unix servers with FP extensions. So I changed
the default confirmation page in form properties to a very brief custom
confirmation page located in the root of the web. Now, when filling in the
form with data and clicking on Submit, I get the newly created confirmation
page OK, but it's still coming from
http://www.preferredcountry.com/_vti_bin/shtml.dll/inquiry_form.htm, and is
very slow to come up, and, as I said before, there is no such folder on that
web site. Any ideas on what's going on most welcome, and suggestions for
how to fix it (the slowness is enough to be a bother) very welcome indeed.

The folders you are referring to are part of the server extensions.

Thanks, JDR - I checked as prompted by the KB article, and the server
extensions appear to be working OK. Do you think the slow response is part
of the deal with a FP form - because of the way it's implemented, I mean?

I just ran a test form through and although it went through fine, it was
slower than usual.

I also just navigated to your confirmation page:
http://www.preferredcountry.com/form_confirmation.htm and that was fairly
slow too, might have just been a busy time during the day..

Use of external server images will slow down the load of pages
