FP2003 Install

Hi.
I'm trying to install FP2003 on a Dell P4, 1.9ghz, 512 RAM, 25gb free space,
WinXP Home w/ SP1 and all current patches. I've been running 2002 and want
to upgrade to 2003. The setup accepts the id codes, asks for install options
and then errors out. Whether I try to upgrade or remove 2002 all I get is
the 2002 setup.txt file. I've tried all of the various install options for
typcal, custom etc. I always end with the 1603 error which isn't really
defined as far as I can find on the MS site. I tried to run the Windows
Install Clean up program, same results.
I've run out of options, and appreciate any help provided. Sorry is if this
is too long, but I felt that the file contents might help.
