Could be because you have text going horizontally
beyond the current screen but don't have any
text vertically beyond the screen.
Interesting point... but the page is about 1500 pixels tall
(guesstimate) and only 770 pixels wide and on a monitor at 1024.
I did some experimenting. If I set the size of the Front Page window
(that is, the entire frontpage program) close to size of the
View ->Page (width) Size setting, it works normally. If the FP window
is _larger_ that the size of the View->Page Size width setting, then
it only scrolls horizontally.
For example, if I set view->page size to 955, it will work fine as
long as the entire FP window is less that 955 (that is, the mouse
wheel scrolls vertically as expected). If I maximize the window,
it will do a horizontal shuffle of about 3 pixels left/right as I
scroll the wheel up and down. Yes, you read it right... if the
window is _large_ it does a horizontal scroll, if the window is
small it does a vertical scroll. The truly odd thing is that I even
have a horizontal scroll bar since there's 200 pixels of unused
space on the screen. It behaves the same way for any size of page
or setting. The only interesting thing about the pages are that they
use tables for layout of the page (but not FP layout tables).
