FP2003 submit button will not work on form

It does submit and work fine in Mozilla but not explorer. Go figure.
You'd think it would be the other way around.

I have reinstalled the FPSE no luck. I have no problems with rec. an
email or sending results to a file with Mozilla. Help!!
